This MVA approved program is for Drivers who currently possess an Out of Country Driver's License and wish to obtain a Maryland Driver's License. Participants are educated in the following areas:

• Safe Driving Behaviors

• Causes and Consequences of Impaired Driving

• Maryland Laws regarding DWI (Driving While Impaired) and DUI (Driving while Under the Influence)

Program Cost $60

In Person Class

• 3 Hour Class

• Certificate distributed at the end of class upon completion and passing of Final Exam

• All information electronically submitted to MVA & approved in 24 Hours
