3 hour Alcohol & Drug Education

Our Alcohol & Drug Education course is for drivers who possess an Out-of-Country Driver's License and wish to obtain a Maryland Driver's License.

This program is for drivers who currently possess an Out of Country Driver's License and wish to obtain a Maryland Driver's License.

Participants are educated in the following areas:

  • Safe Driving Behaviors

  • Causes and Consequences of Impaired Driving

  • Maryland Laws regarding DWI (Driving While Impaired) and DUI (Driving while Under the Influence)

This Program is available In Person and Online

Program Cost: $60

​

In Person Class

  • 3 Hour Class

  • Certificate distributed at the end of class upon completion and passing of Final Exam

  • All information electronically submitted to MVA & approved in 24 Hours
